Robert Gideon ll - Senior Partner
Bobby is responsible for the daily operation of all projects including management and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure successful completion that is within budget and adheres to time constraints. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third- party contractors, or consultants, in order to deliver projects according to plan. Bobby also defines the project’s objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle. His responsibilities also include budget implementation, forecasting of anticipated project related costs, maintaining transparent accounts receivable, the maintenance of overall project budgets, and preparation and distribution of project anticipated cost reports to clients. Bobby is an allied member of The American Institute of Architects and several other industry and community organizations. Bobby is also a licensed Realtor.

Jason Phillips - Senior Partner
Jason handles all aspects of the financial management for The Phido Group. He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company and is deeply involved with each project from conception to completion. He works closely with owners and his team members in determining project feasibility, scheduling, and quality control. Jason assists with the financial controls of all active projects for The Phido Group, and is involved with the day-to-day activities of the construction accounting and operations staff. He also provides insight into current and future projects based on his in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry. His role in pre-construction services includes phases of estimating, procuring projects, and promoting the company industry -wide. Jason is committed to ensuring the expectations of all clients are not only met, but continually exceeded. Jason is a member of several industry and community organizations and holds a Oklahoma Real Estate License.

Kandace Phillips - Designer
Kandace is responsible for understanding and interpreting the needs, goals, and creative vision of the company and our clients. Kandace’s role includes space planning and all design aspects of each custom and speculative built home we produce. Kandace works directly with our clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure clear and concise execution of the home’s overall feel and ascetic. Kandace’s other roles include budget implementation, managing construction detail documents, and working as a client liaise throughout the build timeline. Kandace is also a licensed Realtor.
